Hollywoodbets is a Joke

These guys are a real joke, Funds withdrawn on 7.08.2022 has not cleared on my end. I sent them countless emails and they only provide escalation references without further communications. I wrote on twitter and gave them all the details needed and they promised to look into it then they start ghosting again. then they send a reply like the one below
