Hollywoodbets is a claim withdrawal not paid waiting for thirteen days

I've made a EFT withdrawal Saturday 22 October 2022 and hollywoodbets yet didn't pay my money it's been 13days now waiting, I've been callikg their withdrawal department to be told they had a system technical issue with their bank, I've tried to text them aswell on their social media page on Facebook and all they do is ignore my messages, clearly they are ******** and they claim their the best online betting website, I've been with hollywoodbets for over 7years if they will treat their client like this then I'm done with them, will report them to the gambling board and close my account
