Hollywoodbets is a biggest ****- I placed a bet under double chance and totals market .From the ticket goals was left open as over not indicated on how many goals these teams should score .In all legs an my ticket displayed loosing whilst in all legs teams won ,when I esquire about that Eziwe told me that there is number near my ticket (5) which is far from truth. I sent her screen shots of my ticket to show her the information that as it appear from the ticket as she (Eziwe) stated that cant see from her side. Sad part all these team won. I asked them to provide me with an emails of management to present this matter from them in order to exhaust all internal avenues and answer given was that they mediate the process. When I asked why the number goals was not written on the ticket answer was name of clubs is long .I then ask whose problem is that-and why the ticket succeeded without number of goals written on the ticket, no clear answer .My money is gone.
