Hollywoodbets is a ****

I'm extremely irritated and disappointed at the service I've received with hollywoodbets. I'm new at this gambling thing so I decide to try my luck for the 1st time and I make some little money. I try to withdraw the money and the system tells me I have missing fica documents and gave me an option to take a selfie. I took the safie and results came back saying I have a partial match so I can not withdraw. I contact customer services and was advised to take a selfie holding my ID and a picture of my ID. I did that on that day it was on the 9th August. It's almost 2 weeks now. Everytime I do a follow up I'm told that there's no feedback. I feel that they don't want me to withdraw my money. How can a query that I was told will take 24 to 48 hours to solve still can not be solved even now. Seems like hollywoodbets is a ****. If I had lost my money making a bet I would completely understand. I did not loose I won and I have money sitting in my hollywoodbets account that I can not access. It's clear to me now that hollywoodbets is a **** and does not prioritize its clients.
