Hollywoodbets is a ****

I played live roulette and won on two numbers. During the rolling of the ball, the ball went to the number I had bet on and immediately I took a screenshot because I realized what they do when I'm supposed to win. This is not the first time. I could see the game trying to freeze and indeed it froze for like one minute and when it resumes it was a different number meaning I have lost but luckily I had taken a screenshot of the ball sitting in the number I had bet on.

So, I went through the game history captured all the evidence and to my surprise my game history didn't match with what was on the live game. I went mad because i know that's how they **** players like me.

I took all the screenshots and it's time line , meaning I have the evidence of what I'm talking about.

I have 25 correspondence of emails with them. I was asked to send all my evidence and i did. All their emails communication returns with different reference numbers every time I reply or try to follow up. After sending all my proof of evidence now everyone that i engaged with from customer support is quiet. No one is giving a turn around time to investigate nothing.

From talking to Huncho Ngcongo , Elleloang K ,Sophie D, Mpendulo N to Nontehelelo and their different email system no one came back to me or acknowledge their ****.

They are easy to make people lose their money but the after care customer service doesn't exist. Poor poor service they just dont give a damn 😢 💔
