Hollywoodbets *****ing wins and ghosting people

This well known company are ripping people off when they win in platforms and lottery. When you query why you have not received your payment they tell you they escalated it to the relevant department then say it will be resolved in 48 hours. I have been waiting 6 days now they are ghosting me when I do follow up. Their aim is to do this untill you stop enquiring then still no feedback.
