Hollywoodbets *****ing money and empty promises!
Hollywoodbets Allows *****s to ***** your money!!! No security measures in place!!!!!!!! Hollywoodbets every one must stay away far!!! This morning 7:22am i got a text message that a phone number change was done on my account and 7.23am the F ***** withdrawn my whole Wallet empty via a 1voucher as it stated!! Customer service is ****ing useless and how can a multi million rand online betting casino security can so easily be breached?????? How was it even possible to get in my account and do a number change and ***** my money without facial recognition???? They are F ****mers!!! I am going to take this to the newspapers and everywhere I can no matter what the costs are!!!! This is unacceptable!!!! It's my money that got ****** and I'm struggling hours to get assistance!! I want my money back IMMEDIATELY!!!! I will literally sink this business that allows theft and I don't even get my money back!!! Can't even het through to the Investigation department!

Hollywoodbets paid the R1000 back that got ****** out of my account in the above matter via a 1voucher.
After speaking to numerous managers and after my post on HelloPeter i got promised a Good faith bonus of a R1000.
The morning of the 29-08-2025 my account got hacked and a number change was done on my account(how is that even possible without facial recognition and a selfie)???????????? Says alot about their non existent security!
Right after the number change was done, 2 minutes after a R1000 got withdrawn from my account via a 1voucher. After R100's of rands worth of airtime sitting on the phone for the whole day with them my R1000 was paid back into my Hollywoodbets account with a REFERENCE "GOOD FAITH" (Hollywoodbets, this is everything but good faith. This was paying my money back that got ****** from me! They promised me a good faith bonus ontop of my money after their investigation on my account. That same day the 29th of August 2025 - 20:23 they paid my R1000 back with reference good faith as stated above!
I told them it must be someone working for Hollywoodbets that stole from my account, coz how can you access my account and do a number change without my face or selfie????
The reference as they, Hollywoodbets stated with my payback was "good faith" that's everything BUT the truth!
They promised me a good faith bonus but I didnt recieved it.
When I logged into my account to day, I saw another deposit was made stated Journal: Deposit Journal - amount R1000 with the same reference good faith, so I believed that is my good faith bonus that I've recieved after the *****ing incident and my hello peter post, but for some reason the Good faith bonus that I've just mentioned "that was paid on the 03-09-2025 at 16:34 i did not recieved but rather my account went R1000 in the negative -R999.77
This is very unacceptable and I'm really disappointed in their empty promises and *****ing my money! I haven't even recieved a reason what happened to my money that day after it was ****** and no 1 of the investigation team contacted me to explained the outcome of their investigation with me!!
I WANT MY ACCOUNT SORTED ASAP!!!!
I've spend thousand and thousand and this is how much they care for their clients!! Careless

I don't get replies on my numerous emails that was sent regarding this matter. I have more than 3 reference numbers already, still no investigation report from the 29th of August reached me, nor did a manager phoned me.
I'm starting to wonder if there even was a investigation done into the theft on my account! The lies from hollywoodbets side is just ongoing.
On Live chat I got connected with a consultant "LINDA M" that has absolutely no work Etiquette, not meant to be in her position at hollywoodbets she just closes the chat while we were still busy communicating and just after she got back from talking to her team leader!
This hollywoodbets is useless and ****mers. Don't invest your money here coz if something goes wrong you are all alone with no help and feedback, fullfill with LIES from their side! They are just covering their ****s but I've got a suprise coming their way!!
