Hollywoodbets incompetency

I made a bet on specials score bet with R1000. I won but the pay out (including my stake R1000) was R270. Ridiculous right!!! ? I asked them to take their winnings and give me my initial stake. They said they won't be able to do that because they pay out has already þaken place. I understood but if i knew that they pay out according to dividends, i would not have placed a bet. According to them, my stake was R0.43 not R1000. I don't know how My R1000 was converted to "R0.43". My advice to fellow punters, DO NOT bet on specials on hollywoodbets.

Overall, i have been with hollywoodbets for more than 5 years and i have never encountered any problem. Fantastic betting site ?
