Hollywoodbets ignoring customers

On the 3rd and on the 4th of July 2020 I made the following withdrawals R200 e wallet, R100 instant money, R200 cash send and R150 cash send the issue is with the cash send the was a shortfall of R50 I was only paid R300, and I sent a mail to the withdrawal department on the 3rd and nobody responded, I then responded on the same mail on 9th of July and Vuyelelo Zide responded by telling me that they are investigating the issue till today there is no feedback. Vuyelelo your service is very poor,you don't take customers serious.
