Hollywoodbets horrible service

Hollywoodbets doesn't pay our winnings, everytime I won I struggle to get my money, if I do multiple withdrawal, they only pay the one with less amount, Eg on Friday the 26th of November I made a withdrawal of R1000, then on Saturday the 27th I made another on of R300, they choose to pay the R300 which was made after, simply because is less money till to date I still haven't received my winnings, they said I must send bank statement to prove that money hasn't reflected on my acc, I did but still no money, their service is horrible, kindly assist me my contacts are ***
