Hollywoodbets helpline is slow and not responsive

I currently live abroad.i have emailed whatts app tried calling about losing my username and password for login but everytime I get the email they just don't bother returning too tell me what's my details.im only contactable via email as i am abroad.I do not have any issues with the site as it works fine just forgotten my login details.i do not Have an active SA number only have it active as whatts app.So can someone who's going too give me my login details please contact me as all people who I have tried does not respond after I return all my details they need.
