HOLLYWOODBETS HELPLINE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I called them at 12:34pm i stayed on the line for 25 mins without speaking to anyone until my airtime ran out,the policy when it comes to cancelling bets is that you should cancel within 30 mins after placing the bet i sent hollywoodbets helpdesk an email 10 mins after cancelling the bet it was for the following tickets *** & ***, it was never cancelled!!!!
