Hollywoodbets has useless agents

From the 15th of November 2024 I have been struggling to withdraw my money. Today I chatted with an agent with a reference number I have and still there was no feedback. I have all the screenshots on my phone how may times I contacted them and either no feedback or no one response. I am so tired of hollywoodbets. I don't understand why would Hollywoodbets only contact you after a review and still no progress.
