Hollywoodbets has bad service

I made an EFT deposit of R150 to my hollywoodbets account on Friday the 27th and another R50 yesterday the 28th but nothing is reflecting on my account since. I tried sending emails with the required information but they keep replying to say that I should send information of which I did.The chat line service is even worse ,you have to wait for like 45 minutes and when you are on number 3/4 you get cut off and have to restart again. I'm not happy with the service at all. I just want my R200 deposited to my hollywoodbets account.
