Hollywoodbets game glitches

Hollywood bets have alot of glitches when betting on their betting site games..

Sometimes I get error message while playing hot hot fruit than next thing my amount balance is less and they don't refund or fix the balance. Today 26th August 2023 I played hot hot fruit game and my balance was over R20 than I get error message stating problem communicating with wallet and my balance showed R0.00. I took a screen shot and emailed them they glitches. I got a response stating to provide account ID and contact number. I emailed all that and still didn't get any response and my balance is reflecting only R12 after logging back in to Hollywoodbets. The don't refund or give sorry gift vouchers when customers experience all these glitches while playing their games but LOTTO STAR reward customers with sorry gift vouchers whenever they have glitches..
