Hollywoodbets gambling with client retention

Hollywoodbets nonchalant approach to queries to them regarding customer services is appalling. No turnaround time to issues raised with them and they never initiate keeping clients on the loop of developments regarding issues escalated to them. My issue with them is activating my account but no one seems to phased.. I constantly have to initiate talks and with their famous closing statement "your issue has been escalated to the relevant department" and no one really bothers to find out if there was a resolution. Gobsmacked.. these guys are gambling with potential online clients and I just don't forsee them retaining a bulk of the ones they have now..
