Hollywoodbets ********** Betting Service

Today I find it very strange in betting with Hollywood bets. I happen to place a few Yankee bets for 10% at R2.60 at Aquaduct horse racing last night. And the odds where not loaded before placing my bets as the races where going to start and I would not have the time to place bets late at night. So I place my bets and this morning I wake up to 3 winning horses and have no return, were as only 1 horse odds is reflected on some tickets and absolutely nothing for the other horses.

Then I happened to get onto there chat service and explain also with pictures. The person on the other end clearly doesn't understand horses and odds. And saying yes I won but I won nothing and thinks I am stupid to take a bet and not getting a return on winning legs.

They can see they have a systematic fault or error for there odds not reflected on my tickets or they system reflects no payout or adjustments. But they try to blame me as the punter and tell me I do not understand what a Yankee bet is lol I explained as to how horses have 0 odds are we betting for free to get nothing?

Absolutely pathetic and sitting with tickets with zero winnings. This is absolutely **********. As I will report this company to the national gambling board if nothing is fixed.
