Hollywoodbets fooling small time players

If i could rate less i would've, it seem like Hollywood bets makes a ton load of money off the small time players, never or almost never letting them win, and only the ones with the money are winning, how is that right, to happen all the time, for example, putting in 50 or 100 gets you nothing, yet putting in thousands gets you everybody elses money
