Hollywoodbets Fica problem

Cannot withdraw my winnings at hollywoodbets because I have an ID book and their system cannot verify my fica.i even went to one of their branches to try and get help with fica and some ******** lady there told me I have an ID book so she cannot help me.last time I checked the ID book is still active in this country.Now I'm stuck with an account which I cannot access funds.i do not see the point of carrying on with these frudsters
