Hollywoodbets Fica Department Complacency

I tried making withdrawals 2 months ago.Said they needed Fica documents which I uploaded.They responded by saying I needed to send latest proof of address.I re-sent copies of my i.d back and front together with more recent proof of address.They never acknowledge it and never got back to me.Re-sent it twice but still no response.Had to call them again today.Lady at helpline said somebody in fica dept.will call back.Never happened.I re-sent documents again.Still waiting.Their complacency and non-response is very upsetting.If I do not hear from them by Monday then I will have to close off my account with them and choose a new betting platform.A very disappointed customer
