Hollywoodbets Fica
FICA error for the past 2 days, numerous calls and emails, promises that the issue with the FICA system error is being attended to and still no resolution to the matter. Your system "ISSUE" is preventing me to complete the FICA verification and access to my funds. Hollywood bets, has your senior still not find the solution to this error? 2 days is a very very long time. The call Centre keeps saying fica should be done online there is no manual verification department that can help. This is quiet frustrating as I have emailed over 50times and called over 20 times.

This fines not make sense as now we should go and get an ID to get an account verification. They did not even send a notification for saying the account will be unverified

21 Sept 2025, 11:37I have tried again. It's now 25 times I tried and still cannot be verified. The call Centre does not help neither if U email them.
This company has not sent out any communication. My account was verified 2 years ago. Yesterday I told told every 5 years it needs to be verified. However, after 2 years they kick me out

I have tried again. It's now 25 times I tried and still cannot be verified. The call Centre does not help neither if U email them.

22 Sept 2025, 14:31I have no done this fica thing 40 times and my account has been locked. This is frustrating I even went to the Hollywood store and they said I should ask for a manual verification as I have tried a million times. I urgently need assist as this needs to be resolved IMMEDIATELY.
