Hollywoodbets Ewallet Problems

I have been playing with Hollywoodbets for some time now and from the 15 of August 2024 I had a problem with my Ewallet withdrawals. When I contacted Hollywoodbets to ask for a reversal, I was told to wait for 5 to 7 working days excluding weekends and public holidays. Its been more than 8 days now and when I did a follow-up, I was told by their employee (Noxolo V) that I need to wait for another 24 hours, then do another follow up.

I really need my money back. I have screen shots of the live chat that I've been having with the Hollywoodbets employees over this time.
