Hollywoodbets EFT Withdrwals missing

There is an internal theft of funds within Hollywoodbets. I did an EFT withdrawal in my usual account and the funds never got into the bank, for 2 weeks I have been asked to send an updated statement and asked to wait for 24hrs to 48hrs everytime I send a statement. First Consulant was Ntombi Mtembu, gave me a reference number (***5), Second was Yunus Ally who escalated the matter. Thirdly was Sindi M who also escalated the matter. Come Sisipho N now a new reference was generated (***5). Escalated the matter as well. Today Paulos Dlamini asked for the statement again and couldnt read the dates properly hence kept asking these document. The bottom line is at Hollywoodbets, somehow internally there is a team thats coming ***** by misdirecting EFT withdrawals to other accounts. They will frustrate you so that you give up.
