Hollywoodbets dont want to Reverse back money

Good Dayi have sent many emails but no assistance..On 5th November 2022 at 20:23 pm i made an eft withdrawal to my FNB account,at the time i made the withdrawal i was not aware my FNB account was closed because most of the time i use ewallet options to get money..so i called FNB concerning the matter but they told me Hollywoodbets has to log a dispute concerning this issue and they also stated money send to closed accounts bounces back to Sender within 3-5days but my own understanding the days have passed and Hollywoodbets hasnt credited back the money to my Hollywoodbets account..To call helpdesk and Emails seems i am still not get the feedback..The last i was transferred to the Supervisor but still no solid assistance..i have used over R200 airtime just calling Hollywoodbets and send plenty emails but Hollywoodbets still ignores my complaints...Last this happened and 1 of your stuff members ended up ******** me of R500 that i had withdrawn via Absa cash send so i dont know now if it the same thing happening again to me..because surely somebody can see my complaint but are choosing not to assist me..We spend a lot of money At Hollywoodbets and we lose a lot but the little we win Hollywoodbets still decides to keep it to themselves,this is not fair at all..There is a lot of Betting companies maybe its time customers start considering.because your service is very poor now .Please fix my complaint
