Hollywoodbets dont want to pay me my winnings

I recently won a small amount through betting lucky numbers with Hollywoodbets and when i try to withdraw they keep declining my withdrawal of funds saying there i am not compliying..i have turn ovrr my deposit over and over again.and now they coming with a story that because i played i ball..does that matter.i think they want to **** me out of getting my winnings so that i lose it all..their phones are not going through .they are just replying thtough a facebook page.
