Hollywoodbets don't credit deposits straight away and lose ur proof of payment

I made a deposit of R200 and after sending proof of payment 4 times talking to online chat 2 times and calling in 2 times my deposit is still not reflecting this is absolutely unacceptable Hollywoodbets have way to many technical issues I was playing nd wanted to carry on but I cant because they can't find my proof of payment keep in mind ive sent it 4 times already 2 of those times directly to live chat test emails my first call she said it was in the cue now they cant find it im so upset
