Hollywoodbets

Let's start by saying that , I use the mobile phone site , I mistakenly sent an ewallet to a wrong number I then immediately called hollywoodbets spoken to a representative who as****d me that I they can reverse it and it will take 5days this has happened on the 14/11/22 ...I will receive the funds back into my hollywoodbets account and it will be done by Friday 19/11 ...I waited till Friday, once again called hollywoodbets again another representative whom escalated it to the supervisor...so they say ....then then told me to wait till Monday...Monday once again called hollywoodbets same thing Representative says no one escalated it so him/her begins to escalate it. Tuesday 22/11/22 called hollywoodbets again no joy they just keep me running around. Not even a msg or email to confirm the problem is been handled., nothing . I hope this gets to hollywoodbets its been over a week , I want answers
