Hollywoodbets Deposit Via OZOW.

Good day all,

I am sharing my horrific experience with Hollywoodbets, I use them as my preferred site for betting whenever I do bet.

As a loyal client you would think you would get atleast decent service, but not.

Their customer service is beyond pathetic.

I deposited an amount of R550, through their OZOW instant Eft portal, and no funds reflected, as that had happened I called the customer service who were as clueless as a blind mouse, I them emailed the customer service and the lady who tried to assist on the call rep****, saying that the refund should be given within 24 to 48 hours, into my account, she did not make it clear whether it's the Hollywoodbets account or Bank account.

We are customers who pay to play on their site and we have to go around in circles and waste airtime and resources.

I sent multiple emails and if I do not get the matter sorted by tomorrow, I will take it further.
