Hollywoodbets deposit still not reflecting!!!!

I made a payment using the online stitch platform of R2000. The money went off my account immediately but then the page was still loading and said error. This was almost 48 hours ago and the money is still not reflecting on my hollywood bets account yet the money has come off my account. I called my bank and they advised it definitely went off and no hollywood states they did not receive it. How is this possible? This is pure theft. Now they are saying I must contact the online platform stitch. Surely if the money went off it should be in hollywoods account?? How can they just take people's money???? I need this resolved
