Hollywoodbets deposit gone wrong

I deposited my R200 on Monday through ozow in their account. Upto now my account is not funded. I tried to query to no help..such s big company failing to fix that small issue. I am a bit disappointed. I was told to submit proof of payment and I did, still no help 🙃..I don't know when it's going to reflect 🙌
