hollywoodbets decline my withdrawals

ion the 25th of june i made a withdrawal of 170000 from my hollywoodbets account ,they failed to pay my winnings ,i made 12 telephonic follow ups with their withdrawal department ,everytime they told me that they are waiting for support department to confirm the winning y,7 days latter they reversed the money back to my hollwood account ,i called them for clarity ,they said i must re withdraw as the turnarround time has lapsed ,i again withdrew the money on the 1st july 2021 ,on the 2nd july 2021 i made a follow up with them they said the payout is pending confirmation again,despite having waiting for 7 days ,i wrote emails but no response ,each time their consulted will tell me that the supervisor will call me but i never receive a call from supervisor,i see many people are experiencing the same problem with them ,its their strategy to frustrate me to loose the money ,last time i checked they were regulated by gambling boards ,
