On the 18.O2.2024 I requested multiple withdrawals as i was playing, there was an amount of R1800 that I did via nedbank imali,unfortunately I never got the voucher a d pin sent to my phone,I queried this with HW bets but was told to wait 7days,after that still there was no money I was further told that there's nothing they can do I must wait 30 days to see if the money maybe comes through...so my R1800 is gone just like that
