Hollywoodbets Customer Service TERRIBLE

Hollywoodbets Customer Service is terrible. On July Day after winning bets in the first few races, I was told that my account was suspended and I needed to FICA. I complained on their website and they said that I need to send my IN number and they will sort it out. I did and heard nothing from them. I contacted them again and they asked to send copy of ID and proof of residence. I did and was told I need to send a clear copy of my ID. I cannot understand this as my copies were very clear. I re-sent docs and have still not heard from them. In talking to people, it seems that this a common thing with them. When money is involved they play DELAYING TACTICS.
