HOLLYWOODBETS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS
I have sent TEN emails to their email *** because I cannot withdraw my winnings. I just keep getting an automated response BUT GET NO HELP. They keep asking for my FICA documents but their FICA email does not work, This is the response I keep getting: "Hi there Your request (***9) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email." When I phoned and WASTED a lot of my cellphone money, the *********** idiot I spoke to was adamant that I HAVE TO HAVE A CAMERA ON MY COMPUTER TO FICA MYSELF He did not know what a desktop was!!!!! THEY ARE A USELESS BUNCH AND ARE HOLDING MY WINNINGS!!!!!!!

A person DID phone me yesterday morning to help me but still no resolution. They only FICA someone who has a smart phone with a camera; you have to take a selfie. ALL THEIR FICA REQUIREMENTS AS PUBLISHED ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE JUST A LOAD OF MISLEADING ******* AND LIES,
So I went through the steps, (one is allowed TEN CHANCES a day to verify yourself) and now I am told I CANNOT BE VERIFIED, MY SELFIE DOES NOT MATCH MY ID. !!!
I told this woman my ID pic was taken FORTY YEARS AGO AND I AM NOW 73 YEARS OLD - so I have changed a bit!!! she said it does not matter, the Dept of Home Affairs can see it is me. My driver's licence (issued last year) reflects my current appearance - but a driver's licence is not acceptable to Hollywoodbets. SO I CANNOT BE VERIFIED - THEY HAVE EVERYTHING ON ME BUT I CANNOT DO A THING, I CANT BE VERIFIED SO MY HARD EARNED WINNINGS CANNOT BE WITHDRAWN.
