Hollywoodbets customer service
I have requested feedback from them regarding my account being credited with funds that they say they have reversed. I have sent numerous emails and made many telephone calls requesting payment, statement of account or for an agent to return my call and still this issue has not been resolved. Last night I called again around 7pm and the agent refused to assist. I requested to speak to the manager to resolve this issue and he cut my call and didn't return my call. The attitude of the agents over telephone, email or the live chat is pathetic with no urgency and no tcf. Also since my query and escalation everytime I play on Hollywoodbets my money gets eaten.

I have spoken to 2 consultants today with regards to with helping me with my withdrawals and if u look on the system it will show my history with regards to payments, withdrawals and deposits.
I am expecting a statement about the withdrawals and the games I played with the bets also the statement must be from the 1st of July 2021 to date. The statement was promised to me a week ago but I received nothing.
On the 24th I made 4 withdrawals as it shows on my account with reference numbers- 2 withdrawals was paid and 2 was canceled.
The canceled withdrawals have not been returned to my Hollywoodbets account or my bank account. I would like to speak to Suren Rampersadh or Rowan Cross. My contact details are on my Hollywoodbets account.
I expect contact with regards to my funds being returned to me because it is going on to 3 weeks with emails and sms and phone calls and no favorable response from Hollywoodbets. They keep passing the buck and promise to return my call which never transpires.
