I had placed a bet on hollywoodbets skyward crash game of R3650. I also had cashed out my bet to cash out at x1.03 but I did not receive my payment and instead the game stated the cash out was invalid even tho I had cash out before the round had ended.

I require urgent attention to this matter as this is not the 1st time I have lost big amounts due the abnormalities of this game when you bet big.
