Hollywoodbets complaint

Hi! I'm I have a bad experience with Hollywoodbets. My complaint is based on sport tickets. I've made a multi bet ticket on soccer which I took a lot of time to analyze complete. A few hours later, my ticket was marked red, which means I've lost. When I went to check the results, I have come to find that my bet actually won but Hollywoodbets says I've lost. I once saw an argument between it's agent and a customer before about the very same matter. My advice is, never just let go if your ticket has lost. Go check the results yourself and confirm. You may find that you've won multiple times but never knew it. I'm so disappointed and I'm still going to complain to Hollywoodbets about this matter. Totally unfair!
