Hollywoodbets Changes Odds After The Game

Here we go again, my previous complaint wasn’t resolved nor did no one contact me and I have already been treated unfairly again. I placed another in play bet but this time on cricket over a certain amount of runs, the bet was placed based on the innings being 50 overs however there was rain. I contacted the call centre and asked the agent what will happen if the over ms get reduced due to rain, he advised me based on his understanding the bet will be void and the money will be refunded to me however he will send an escalation to the in live team and provide feedback. I told him that I need feedback because I would need to place a cover bet. He said that I can only get feedback in 4 hours. I than decided to place a cover bet. The cover be my was placed on 48 overs however rain came again and the game was reduced to 47 hovers. Both my bets lost obviously because the reduction in over’s impacted the game. My 15k was take man has a loss. When I contacted them the next day they said the feedback they got from the in play team was that if rain reduces the overs any bets taken on runs and sixes is null and void and your money will be refunded. I said that wasn’t the case with me and the agent said apologies he will escalate to the team again and gave me a new reference number. When I called them again the next day to enquire the agent said the feedback now is that in order for the bet to be null and void the overs must be reduced by a minimum of 5 overs. Wow so now they make rules to suit them when and how they feel. This rule is not in their terms and conditions. I asked the agent to get a manager to call me back which she agreed to do and now it’s gone 4 days and no one has called me back to explain or give me something in writing. How’s does a huge company like Hollywood bets change and make rules whenever they feel like. How many customers are they robbing like this. Is this how they make their money and become multi million company. This is ridiculous and daylight *******. This is calling *****ing.

I am now taking 90% of my bets on WSB and they seem to be much more transparent and honest. They’ also offer better odds and more options. Hoping to get used to their site so I can take 100% of my bets with them.

I have still not received a call or feedback from Hollywoodbets. Very poor customer service.

Please can someone contact me urgently! This is now becoming ridiculous, I took a bet today on runs again when the over was at 50, the bet was for the team to score over 350. The game between India women and NZ women. The game got reduced to 49 overs and India scored 340 with one less over. Surely they would have scored 10 runs if there was the 50 overs as per the time of me taking the bet. Hollywoodbets made me loose the bet

I still didn’t receive any feedback from my reviews. Just their automated responses. A huge organisation like Hollywoodbets doesn’t provide any feedback or a call. Absolutely poor customer service
