On 15/11/2024 I won a R1000. I have been struggling to withdraw my money ever since. I withdraw via ewallet and did not receive a pin then only found out that I cannot receive a pin from Fnb if using a contract simcard. Then Hollywood reversed the money again. On Thursday I checked to see if my money is back. Yes my money was back I then change my number on hollywoodbets and sent the selfie with me holding my ID. They said 24 tot 48 hours. Then ever since I keep getting SmS's saying the withdrawal was rejected due to selfie required. I just spoken to 2 agents. The one agent ended the chat while I am busy reply and the other one saying again 24 to 48 hours. I started playing from the R1000 and now left with R600 and still I cannot get my money. I have had enough now with the agent saying the same thing over and over again and does not help in other ways. I want my winnings.
