Hollywoodbets cannot withdraw ewallet

This is frustrating, such bad service. We are unable to withdraw from ewallet, it says no FICA docs but this was sent MORE THAN FIVE TIMES last month. When I call your 087 number, I hold for more than 10minutes and disconnect call as no one answers. No one responds to my emails either
