This platform is a ****. There’s nowhere you can go to physically speak to supervisors to help, just endless promises of calls that’s never returned.

I’ve been waiting for my money to reflect in my account, it’s been 7days and still waiting. I’ve sent proof of payment, ozow reference number and even the ticket number they gave after 48hours. They say the reason I haven’t and probably won’t get my money is because when I deposited money it reflected in someone else’s account at the “same time”, how much people deposits at the same time???

If you log into your hollywoodbets account go to deposit, choose amount, select ozow then it would link to your bank account and automatically goes into your hollywoodbets account. So why or what is this people talking about vouchers? I pay directly from my bank account not vouchers.

So explain how I sent money to someone else’s account.
