Hollywoodbets bull****ting me no assistance from them

Hi I did a Absa cashsend withdrawal on the 18 November 2022 at 20.36 p.m and I still have not received the cash send sms. 4 days later it still says pending bank approval. Went to Hollywoodbets and called the call centre from there to have the monies reversed into the Hollywoodbets account but was told that it cannot be done. I'm still waiting and I am now ****ed off . No communication from Hollywoodbets . IS THIS HOW THEY TREAT PATRONS...
