Hollywoodbets BS service and non existant help.

My profile keeps on reconnecting and when loading funds the balances are off, i have been monitoring the issue and stays the same on different devices. I hve been chatting to consultants in order to reset my profile and they just keep giving me a the same reply when i request to speak to a different consultant or manager they end the chat and i have to start over. This is the BS they give their clientele.
