Hollywoodbets blues

On Friday 03/11/2023 I had a problem with topping up my voucher... However on the 5th of November 2023 the matter was resolved... I carried on to take my bets and then luckily I won. Now after winning I cannot withdraw my money. I've been to the hollywoodbets outlet they don't know what's wrong and they cannot resolve my problem as even the help desk doesn't know what's going on... This is very frustrating as I'm still able to place bets but when I want to withdraw I'm unable to. So it seems like hollywoodbets wants me to just use all this money on them. I've tried the National gambling board as well but they also couldn't assist.
