Hollywoodbets blocked me from communication over my eft withdrawal money

Hi..I recently had an issue with Hollywoodbets over an eft withdrawal that i still havent received ,i even went the bank to get a bank statement and the bank claims there is no funds that went in my bank account and that i should get proof of payment from hollywoodbets but however *** have blocked my emails from going to them.i am considering taking this matter to the courts because hollywoodbets is not doing right by its customers..the more you complain they blacklist you so that you cant communicate with them,even facebook,i put in my query the next they had blocked me from commenting and sending them messages.
