Hollywoodbets betting ****

To all punters in South Africa or internationally who ever gamble with Hollywoodbets. Please note that we as punter have a difficult time with bookmakers and we can't voice our opinion because no one helps us but the industry rely on us. I and many punters have wagered a bet on Sweden racing on the 3 May 2020 race 6. I placed a bet at the odds of 50/1. The horse won then i was refunded my stake which was 2 hours later. Before the refund I made contact with Devin Heffer who has a big position with Hollywoodbets. Upon our conversation he said he will hand the matter over to the racing team and then i emailed John would he reffered to me. I then communicated via email which was a dead end but then was paid out 2/1. I believe Hollywood ****** us as punters and tried to benefit from this in two ways. 1. Being Hollywood is hiding behind there terms and conditions. 2. Hollywood suppose to contact us if there is correction Or cancelation. Devin mentioned there were notified and corrected the error 10minutes before the race and under the terms and conditions they were suppose to call and notify us about the error but they did that 2 hours later which indicates that they tried to benefit from it. I further like to add that we as punters have no associations or forums to defend us so im asking the racing big guns to get involved and rectify this matter because I believe if you make a mistake you pay for it. So please help us as punters because without us the industry is nothing.
