Hollywoodbets becoming Bollywoodbets

I am deeply disappointed at Hollywoodbets and the manner they have dealt with my queries recently. I withdrew a R150.00 on 25/12/2022 @ 06:57. I chose the Instant Withdrawal which is a CashSend option through Standard Bank. Normally, they send you two text messages: one containing a voucher number and the other containing the pin. On this occasion, they only sent me the SMS containing the pin. Their resend option also doesnt work and I've been trying to get hold of them since yesterday afternoon. What is frustrating is that they have responded to me 3 times with the same email responses (email below) and ive provided them with all the information. Please help...
