Hollywoodbets be fair to your loyal customers, don't just take our money

I've logged two complaints about not winning, I was contacted by one of Hollywoodbets Call Centre Agent just to tell me that they do not control these slots and that I should play different slots. If you do not control these slots then why can't we always win? These slots keep taking our money day in day out and this is frustrating... You need to compensate your players because this creating a lot of stress, I've lost of over R3000 in just 3 days and it seems to be continuing. Hollywoodbets should not contact us if they know they cannot compensate us but just to tell us that they cannot control their slots. Hollywoodbets is killing us for real.
