Hollywoodbets Bad Support

Hi I gave this a 2 star review even though I can't contain my anger. Let me start off by saying that I was a satisfied, happy customer without any anger or issues towards Hollywoodbets (even though I lost more than I won); So that's why they get that extra star. Now... I had R30-something in my account, I played HotHotFruit and just as my spin was about to complete a message popped up saying that I am low on funds. It happens sometimes so I went out of the game and back in - It did the same thing. I went to the main menu and my balance displayed negative R464 (-R464). I gave it a while and logged back in and it still displayed that negative amount. I tried reloading with R10 in the hope that it would reset the balance and... It only deducted and I was left with -R454.

I emailed support and got a reply that my issue has been escalated. That was 3 weeks ago. I continued to email them every second day and got replies that basically said nothing. In the meantime I referred a friend and I got a referral bonus of R50... Which was also just deducted from the balance and now I am sitting on -R404. A week or so ago I received an email from Hollywoodbets stating that "everything is as it should be" regarding my account and there is nothing wrong.

Now I don't even get replies anymore. I've been very vocal on my satisfaction with Hollywoodbets and referred a lot of clients. I am disappointed, to say the least.

I don't think I will be referring anyone anymore. Not with the level of support I experienced.

So it is best to stay away. In fact, you really should stay away from any form of gambling.
