Hollywoodbets bad service

I made a withdrawal on the 08th july the money was not in my account by the 13th so I called to query the matter I have since sent them my statements as proof that I did not receive the funds.I made countless follow ups since our last email conversation (18th) where they said my details had been updated.I called on Monday I was told they could not help me as they were not able to view If the withdrawal team did receive my statements,I called again on Tuesday luckily I spoke to the same person I had sent emails to last week and she was also surprised why i had not gotten the money yet,so she sent an email to the supervisors and copied me on the email.I waited all through yesterday for a reply but there wasn't any so I called today the person I spoke to apologized and promised to give my number to a supervisor who she said would call by end of business today but knowing how they operate I dont think the call will come through.It surprises me what their emails are for coz they never rep**** any of my emails after they emailed me that my details had been updated.
